(Application of Provisions)
Article 318.
The provisions of Article 245-4 to Article 245-9, Article 247 to Article 250-6, Article 252-17-5 to Article 252-17-7, and Article 253 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the corporation; and the provisions of Articles 252-14 to 252-16 shall apply mutatis mutandis where the corporation accepts the commission to perform the affairs of the partner bodies under Article 316.

Article 319.
Technical re-wording necessary for application of various provisions related to ordinary local public bodies and the provisions of the Local Public Enterprises Law to the corporation shall be provided for by cabinet order.
