Main features

1. A newly developed slender deep V hull has been adopted which is suitable for high propulsive performance and ride quality and can cope with roll motions with a minimum amount of dumping force by a fin stabilizer.

2. The hull is made up of steel using high tensile steel to a large extent, while aluminum alloy is used for the cabins. In order to reduce the ship's weight, aluminum material is used for many of the outfittings, while keeping an overall balance by giving due consideration to reliability and safety.

3. The propulsive system consists of four MTU high speed diesel engines which connect four water jet pumps independently with steering and reversing devices to provide high reliability.

4. A joy stick controller stand is provided in both bridge wings with a combination of the water jet pumps and the bow thruster for quick and safe maneuverability in ports.

5. One set of non-retractable type fin stabilizers is provided in order to ensure ride quality.

6. Careful consideration has been given to reduce noise and vibration levels, and to provide wide pitch reclining seats so as to maximize passenger comfort.
