Outline of local information infrastructure projects of various Ministries
1. Teletopia Project
(1) Purpose
To promote local information infrastructure and revitalize areas as well as to gain an insight into the effects on local society, the problems, etc., by concentrating on the introduction of new media in model cities

1) non-interest loan from the Japan Development Bark to the third sector
2) treasury investments and loans to private enterprise
3) measures to calculate investment by private corporations in non-profit corporation (Teletopia Foundation) which provides compensation for paid
