(Application for Approval for Dismissal of Directors)

Article 7. The Chairman of the Board of Directors shall, when intending to obtain approval under the provisions of Article 37 paragraph 3 (Approval for Dismissal of Directors) of the Law, submit to the Minster for Transport an application describing the following matters:

(1)Name and nature of the business of the profit-making corporation in which the said officer intends to obtain a post as an officer, or the name and nature of the commercial enterprise in which such officer intends to engage;

(2)Period of additional post and place and method of business;

(3)Reason(s) for the necessity of the additional post.

(Application for Approval for Appointment or Dismissal of Councilor)

Article 9. The provisions of Article 6 shall apply accordingly to an application for approval under the provisions of Article 41 paragraph 1 (Approval for Appointment of Councilors) of the Law.

2. The provisions of Article 7 shall apply accordingly to an application for approval under the provisions of Article 37 paragraph 3 (Approval for Dismissal of Directors) of the Law, which applies accordingly to the provisions of Article 41 paragraph 2 (Application Regarding Councilors) of the Law.

(Application for Approval of Business for Achievement of the Purpose of

Organization)

Article 10. The Organization shall, when it intends to obtain approval under the provisions of Article 44 paragraph 2 (Approval for Business Intended to be Performed by the Organization) of the Law, submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing the following matters:

(1)Nature of the said business;

(2)Reason(s) for engaging in said business;

(3)Outline of planning to enact said business;

(4)Estimate of revenue and expenditure of said business;

(5)Amount of capital necessary for conducting the said business and its method of procurement.

(Application for Approval of Alteration of the Business Manual)

Article 11. The organization shall, when it intends to obtain approval under the provisions of the latter part of paragraph 1 of Article 45 of the Law, submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing the following matters:

(1)Matters which it intends to alter.

(2)Reason(s) for such alteration.
