(8)Articles 4 and 12 (action applied accordingly, to that carried Out in the enactment of urban planning business) of the Cabinet Order relating to the Special Measurement Law concerning Promotion of the Supply of Housing in Greater Metropolitan Areas (Cabinet Order No. 306, 1975).
2. In the case where any Laws and orders listed in the upper column of the following table, under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, are applied accordingly, those words and phrases included in these provisions as listed in the middle column will be transferred to read as those in the lower column.
Article 12. With respect to all such orders other than an Imperial Ordinance or Cabinet Order as specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, these orders shall apply accordingly, regarding the Organization for Environmental Improvement Around Airport as a governmental administrative agency or local public body.

Article 13. The specifications by the Minister of Transport under Article 2 and item 5 of Article 5 above, and the designations by the Minister of Transport under the provisions of Article 5 above, and Article 8-{2) (Subsidy for Noise Prevention Work), Article 9 paragraph 1 (Compensation for Removal, etc.) and Article 9-(2) paragraph 1 (Maintenance of Green Belt, etc.)of the Law, shall be carried Out by notification.
