approach area or transitional area of the relevant airport.
(Application of Other Laws and Ordinances)
Article 11. The provisions of the following Laws and Ordinances shall apply accordingly, regarding the “Organization for Environmental Improvement Around the Airport” as a national administrative organization:
(1)Article 25 paragraph 1 (Application of Person Concerned or Necessity of Commitment by Government and Public Office), Article 30 (Registration of Rights concerning Real Estate, etc. owned by Government and Public Office), Article 31 (Registration, etc. or Rights concerning Real Estate obtained by Government and Public Office), Article 35, paragraph 3 cases in which documents concerning commitment to register are unnecessary), and Article 61 (Delivery' of Certificate of Registration in case of Commitment to Register of the Real Estate Registration Law;
(1)-2. Article l0-(2) paragraph 1 (Permission for Development) subparagraph 1, of the Forestry Law;
(2)Article 78 paragraph 1 (Exception of Denouncement) of the Law concerning Dealing in Residential Land and Buildings;
(3)Article 29 (Permission to Act for Development) subparagraph 2; Article 42 paragraph 2 (special provisions concerning architecture, etc. performed by the government in a development area) of the City Planning Law (Law No. 43, 1968), including the case applied accordingly to Article 52-(2) paragraph 2 (application accordingly, to the restrictions regarding architecture, etc.) and Article 57-(3) paragraph 1 (application accordingly, to the restrictions regarding architecture, etc.), and including the cases according to Article 53 paragraph 2 (application accordingly, to permission regarding architecture, etc.), Article 65 paragraph 3 (application accordingly, to permission regarding architecture, etc.) and Supplementary Provision paragraph 5 (application accordingly, to the permission for an act of development), Article 43 paragraph 1 (restrictions on architecture, etc. on land other than that for which permission has been obtained for development), subparagraph 1, paragraph 1 of Article 58-(2), and the proviso of Supplementary Provision paragraph 4;
(4)Article 10 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3 of the Law concerning Maintenance of Trunk Road Routes (Law No. 34, 1980);
(5)Article 7 (in case of no charge) of the Ordinance for Registration Charge C, Cabinet Order No. 140, 1949;
(6)Article 36-(3) (action applied accordingly to the enactment of urban planning enterprises), Article 37 paragraph 1 (action applied according o the enactment of city planning enterprises) of the Cabinet Order for the Enforcement of Urban Planning Laws (Cabinet Order No. 158, 1969);
(7)Article 4 paragraphs 5 and 6 (actions not requiring permission or consultation) subparagraph 1 of the Cabinet Order for Enforcement of the Cultural
