mentally handicapped persons under the provisions of paragraph 3 of the same Article;
(4)A medical centre for infants under the provisions of Article 37 paragraph 1 of the Child Welfare Law, or a medical centre for the severely handicapped under the provisions of Article 43 paragraph 4 of the same Law.
(5)A clinic under the provisions of Article 1-(2) paragraph 2 of the Medical Treatment Law (Law No. 205, 1948), having facilities for patients in greater numbers than that specified by the Minister of Transport.
(6)A special home for the aged under the provisions of Article 14 paragraph 3 of Geriatrics Welfare Law (Law No. 133, 1963).
(Scope of Common-Use Facilities and Amount of Subsidy)
Article 5. The facilities in reference to the subsidy under the provisions of Article 6 (Subsidy for Common-Use Facilities) of the Law shall be those listed in the left-hand column of the following table, and the amount or ratio of the subsidy in reference to those facilities shall be the amount specified in the right-hand column of the same table or within the limits of the ratio specified in the right-hand column of the table, as specified by the Ministry of Transport:

Article 6.
