4-6. CABINET ORDER RELATING TO THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE LAW CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF DISTURBANCE FROM AIRCRAFT NOISE, ETC., AROUND PUBLIC AERODROMES

 

(Designated Aerodromes)
Article 1. The public aerodromes designated by Cabinet Order under the provisions of Article 2 (Definition of Designated Aerodrome) of the Law concerning Prevention of Disturbance from Aircraft Noise, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Law”) around Public Aerodromes shall be: Hakodate Airport, Sendai Airport, Tokyo International Airport, Niigata Airport, Nagoya Airport, Osaka International Airport, Hiroshima Airport, Matsuyama Airport, Koichi Airport, Fukuoka Airport, Oita Airport, Miyazaki Airport, Kagoshima Airport and Naha Airport.

 

(Subsidy for Noise Prevention Work at Schools, etc.)
Article 2. The subsidy under the provisions of Article 5 (Subsidy for Noise Works at Schools, etc.) of the Law shall be granted in cases where the intensity and frequency of aircraft noise exceeds the limit specified by the Minister of Transport.

 

(Ratio of Subsidy for Noise Prevention Work at Schools, etc.)
Article 3. The ratio of subsidy under the provisions of Article 5 (Subsidy for Noise Prevention Work at Schools, etc.) shall be 10%. However, the ratio of subsidy shall be decreased as specified by the Minister of Transport within the range of profit in cases where any work in relation to the subsidy results in a profit being realized by any person who will receive said subsidy.

 

(Facilities to be Included in Noise Preventive Work at Schools, etc.)
Article 4. “Any facility as specified by Cabinet Order ”under subparagraph 3 of Article 5 of the Law (Subsidy for Noise Prevention Works at Schools, etc.) shall be the facilities listed below:
(1)A nursery under the provisions of Article 39 paragraph 1 (nurseries) of the Child Welfare Law (Law No. 164, 1947), a facility for mentally handicapped children under the provisions of Article 42 (Facilities for Mentally Handicapped Children) of the same Law, or a school for mentally handicapped children under the provisions of Article 42-(2) (Schools for Mentally Handicapped Children) of the same Law;
(2)A vocational guidance centre for physically handicapped persons under the provisions of Article 31 of the Physically Handicapped Persons' Welfare Law (Law No. 283, 1949).
(3)Welfare facilities for mentally handicapped persons under the provisions of Article 18 paragraph 2 of the Law concerning Welfare for Mentally Handicapped Persons (Law No. 37, 1960), or a vocational guidance centre for
