(Right of Inspection)

Article 23. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau or the Airport Administrator may, when, they deem it necessary to ensure fair and proper management of the facilities and the concessionaires' business activities, order their duly authorized representatives to have access to the facilities or leased premises of any user of the facilities or concessionaire to inspect or examine the condition of the facilities or the business activities therein.

(Submission of Report)

Article 24. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau or the Airport Administrators may, when they deem it necessary for the management of the airport, request the users of the facilities or concessionaires to tender a report containing information concerning the condition of the facilities or their business activities.

(Suspension of Use, etc.)

Article 25. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau may, when he deems it specifically necessary for the management of the airport, order a user of the facilities to suspend their use or to effect repairs, alterations, relocation. removal or any other necessary actions in relation to the facilities.

2. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau may, when he deems it specifically necessary for the management of the airport, order a category 1 concessionaire to suspend business activities or to adopt any other necessary measures in relation to its business activities.

3. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau may, when he deems it specifically necessary for the management of the airport, order a category 2 concessionaire or category 3 concessionaire to adopt the measures referred to in the preceding paragraph.

(Revocation of Approval)

Article 26. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau may, in the event that a user of the facilities or a category I concessionaire fails to comply with the relevant ordinances or orders prescribed under these Regulations or with the conditions added to the approval concerned, revoke the approval granted to him.

2. The Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau may, if a category 2 concessionaire fails to comply with the relevant ordinances or orders prescribed under these Regulations or with the conditions added to the approval concerned, revoke the approval granted to him.
