2. For approval under the preceding paragraph, the provisions under Article 7, paragraph 3 shall be applied accordingly.

 

(Obligation of Restoration)
Article 10. A user of the facilities shall, upon termination of use of the facilities concerned, or when approval has been revoked in accordance with the provisions under Article 26, immediately restore the facilities to the same condition in which they existed on the date of commencement of the lease. However, the same shall not apply when so permitted by the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau.

 

(Landing Fees, etc.)
Article 11. Any person who intends to use the facilities in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, or a user of facilities under government management shall pay the applicable landing fees, lighting fees, hangar charges, parking fees, building rentals, land rentals and vehicle parking fee, to the Minister of Transport in such a manner or in such amount as may be designated by the Minister of Transport.

 

(Concessions)
Article 12. Any person who intends to operate a commercial enterprise on the lands, in the buildings or other facilities which are managed by the government and located within the airport, (except those persons who have been granted a license under Article 100 paragraph 1, Article 121 paragraph 1 or Article 123 paragraph 1 of the Civil Aeronautics Law (Law No. 231 of 1952) for operating a business, or those persons who have been granted permission under Article 129 paragraph 1 or Article 133 paragraph 1 of the same Law or person who has been granted permission under Article 2 paragraph 6 of the Cargo Transport and Handling Service Law (Law No. 82 1988) with respect to cargo transport and handling service (restricted to the cargo transport which is performed by a cargo transport carrier) specified in Article 3 paragraph 1 or Article 35 paragraph 1 of the same Law or person who has been granted registration under Article 23 or Article 41 of the same Law (hereinafter referred to as person who has been granted permission under the Civil Aeronautical Law and the Cargo Transport and Handling Service Law), shall submit an application for approval, in duplicate, containing the following information, through the Airport Administrator to the Director of the Regional Civil aviation Bureau.
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type of business and its function
(3)Facilities projected for use
(4)Outline of any business being presently managed, if any.
