(5)In addition to items listed in the preceding paragraphs, any certification for aircraft stipulated in the Notification issued by the Minister of Transport, and recognised as mandatory for the said business to be performed by an international air carrier under the provisions of Article 126 paragraph 1 of this Law as well as for determining the validity period.
Note: The above paragraph 2 shall be revised and enforced effective April 1st, 2002 Add (certification for an aircraft with maximum take-off weight of not less than 34,000 Kilograrms)next to (those made or issued by)in Article 235 paragraph 2 and delete (However, the same shall not be applied to the items which comes under any of the following paragraphs)and also delete each said paragraph.
Article 235-(2)and Article 235-(3). Revoked
(Exception for Application Period)
Article 235-(4). Application under the provisions of Articles 230, 230-(2), 23 1-(3), 233-(2)and 234-(2)shall be deemed acceptable and valid even when they have been received after the expiration of the application period, if the Minister of Transport in consideration of the circumstances involved, recognises the reasons for the delay as being unavoidable due to urgent or other causes.
