(4)Reasons necessitating the said transportation;
(5)Classification and amount of fares, rates or charges for passengers or cargo;
(6)Route of flight (indication points of intermediate stops), and flight sections and schedule intended for transportation of passengers or cargo for remuneration;
(7)When his office or agent is located in Japan, name and address thereof,
(8)Other pertinent information as determined by the Minister of Transport.

 

(Recognition of Certificates, etc.)
Article 235. Any certification, licensing or other action, and qualification certificates and other documents thereof, made or issued by a foreign state, which are regarded, in accordance with the provisions under Article 131 of the Law, as an aircraft registration certificate under Article 6 of the Law, airworthiness certificate under Article 10 paragraph 1 of the Law, airworthiness certificate under paragraph 5 of the same Article, competence certificate under Article 22 of the Law, competence certificate under Article 23 of the Law, airman medical certificate under Article 31 paragraph 1 of the Law, airman medical certificate under paragraph 2 of the same Article, instrument flight certificate under Article 34 paragraph 1 of the Law, shall be those made or issued by the foreign state (hereinafter referred to as a state in adopted annex)which is a Contracting State adopting the standards, practices and procedures provided for in the annexes of the Convention on International Civil Aviation or those recognised as appropriate by the Minister of Transport.

 

2. Any certification, activity, qualification and other documents thereof, made or issued by a foreign state, which are regarded, in accordance with the provisions under Article 131 of this Law as noise control certification or noise control certificate under Article 20 paragraph 1 of this Law shall be those made or issued by the state in accordance with the addendum (to be limited to those in compliance with the standards and procedures specified by addendum 16 volume 1 chapter 3 to the Convention on International Aviation). However, this shall not be applied to the items which are included under any of the following paragraphs and those recognised as adequate by the Minister of Transport.
(1)Any certification for an aircraft with a maximum take off weight of 34,000 Kilograms or less.
(2)Any certification for an aircraft which is less than 25 years old from the date of the original airworthiness certificate or airworthiness of aircraft as issued by a foreign state under Article 10 paragraph 1 of this Law.
(3)Any certification for 」?de-bodied aircraft
(4)Any certification for an aircraft equipped with engines which have a by-pass ratio not less than 2.
