(6)Area of operation (indicating aerodromes at which take-off and landing will he performed, and air routes when the flight is made along specified routes;
and
(7)Proposed date of commencement of operation and period of operation.
(Munitions)
Article 231-(2). The munitions specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 128 of the Law are arms and ammunitions for military use.
Article 231-(3). Any person whowill obtain permission under Article 128 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing the following items at least ten days prior to the proposed date of transportation;
(1)Name, address and nationality;
(2)Nationality, type and registration marks of aircraft, and call sign of aircraft radio station;
(3) Description of names and quantities of munitions which will be transported;
(4)Reasons necessitating the said transportation; and
(5)Flight section and proposed schedule for transport of the said munitions.
(Application for Approval as an International Air Carrier by Foreign Nationals)
Article 232. Any person who will obtain permission under Article 129 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an application describing the following items at least three months prior to the proposed date of commencement of operation:
(1)Name, address and nationality;
(2)When an applicant is a juridical person, the names and nationalities of the representatives and officers;
(3)Names and locations of main office and other business premises in Japan;
(4)Amount of capital and ratio of amount of investment as classified by nationality of investors, and by state, public entity or private individuals;
(5)Proposed management of the said international air transport service and the proposed date of commencement of operation;
(6)The outline of air transportation service, if any, being managed by the applicant at the time of application; and
(7)Business program;
