(Application of Provisions for Scheduled Air Transport Services)
Article 228. The provisions of Article 211 to 224 inclusive (excluding Article 220-(2))shall apply accordingly to non-scheduled air transport service and the provisions of Article 211, Article 212, Article 220 and Article 222 to 224 inclusive shall apply accordingly to aerial work services.
2. The minor alternations prescribed in the provisions of Article 109 paragraph 3 applied accordingly to the provisions of Article 122 paragraph 1 and Article 124 are specified as alternations to the items listed in subparagraph (8)b)of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article (excluding cases in which the number of aircraft is increased, or in which an aircraft as specified in any of the following subparagraphs is used in place of an aircraft presently used)and consequent
alterations to the items in subparagraph (8)c), paragraph 1 of the preceding Article:
(1)Aircraft type which is different to that of the aircraft to he replaced;
(2)Engine of the aircraft has a different power generating configuration to that of aircraft to be replaced;
(3)Aircraft which has a greater number of engines than the aircraft to be replaced;
(4)Aircraft which has a heavier maximum take-off weight than the aircraft to be replaced.
3. The minor alterations prescribed in the proviso of Article 109 paragraph 1 applied accordingly to the provisions of Article 122-(3)paragraph 1 are specified as alterations to the items listed in b), c)and e)of subparagraph (8)of paragraph 2 of the preceding Article.
4. The provisions of Article 220-(2)paragraph 4 shall apply accordingly to the report prescribed under the provisions of Article 109 paragraph 3 which is applied accordingly to Article 122 paragraph 1, and Article 124.
(Report of Suspension or Closure of Business)
Article 229. Any person who will report suspension or closure of the non-scheduled air transport service or aerial work service in accordance with the provisions of Article 212 paragraph 2 of this Law shall submit an application for suspension (closure)of the non-scheduled air transport service to the Minister of Transport, describing the following items.
(1)Name and address
(2)Period of time for suspension or the effective date for closure
