maintained when said air route is established;
(3)Purpose of establishment of said air route;
(4)Total sum, breakdown, and method of raising capital necessary for establishment of the said air route;
(5)Statement showing said application is in compliance with the standard sprescribed under the provisions of subparagraph (1)to (4)inclusive of Article 101 paragraph 1 of the Law;
(6)Business program:
a)Point of origin, intermediate stops and destination of the route aerodromes to be used for the said route and distances between each point;
b)Explanation for any alteration in the number of type of aircraft currently in use;
c)The scheduled date of commencement of operation and frequency of service and schedule thereof for the said route;
d)Explanation for any alteration in facilities for maintenance or operational control;
(7)Explanation for any alteration in the number of airmen as classified according to qualifications;
(8)Estimated volume of passengers and freight to be transported on the said route and the calculation basis thereof;
(9)Estimates of revenues and expenditures for the air transportation service will question including estimates for the said air route.

 

3. Any applicant under the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs who is a juridical person shall submit an application accompanied by the articles of association, a copy of the commercial register (in the case of paragraph 1 only), and the latest inventory, statement of profit and loss, balance sheet and business report.

 

(Application for Inspection prior to Commencement of Operation)
Article 211. Any person who will undergo an inspection of aircraft and other facilities in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Law shall submit tot he Minister of Transport an Application for Inspection of Facilities, describing the following matters, ten days prior to the proposed date of inspection:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Proposed date of inspection;
(3)Loacation of facilities to be inspected;
(4)Scheduled date for the commencement of operation.

 

Article 212. The inspection under the provisions of Article 102 of the Law shall be made on the following facilities in addition to aircraft:
(1)Facilities for the maintenance of aircraft and aircraft parts;
(2)Facilities for the storage of fuel and lubricating oil for aircraft;
