Article 210. Any person who for the first time will apply for a license for a scheduled air transport service in accordance with the provisions of Article 100 paragraph 2 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for License for Scheduled Air Transportation Service describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)When the application is a juridical person, name of the representatives and officers
(3)Amount of capital;
(4)Name and location of office and other business premises
(5)Purpose of operation of scheduled air transportation service;
(6)Total sum, breakdown, and method of raising capital neccssary for the said scheduled air transportation service
(7)Statement showing said application is in compliance with the standards prescribed under each item of Article 101 paragraph 1;
(8)Business program:
a)Point of origin, intermediate stops and destinations of each route, aerodromes to be used for the said route and distances between each point;
b)Total number of aircraft to he used, as well as, the type and registration marks of each aircraft;
c)The scheduled data of commencement of operation and frequency of service and schedule thereof;
d)Outline of facilities for maintenance and operational control.
(9)Number of airmen, classified according to qualifications, who will be engaged in said scheduled air transportation service;
(10)Estimated volume of passengers and freight, calculation basis, and estimates of revenues and expenditures for said scheduled air transportation service;
(11)Outline of other businesses if any being managed by the applicant at the time of application.
2. Any person who is currently operating a scheduled air transportation service, and applies for a license for the establishment of a new air route in accordance with the provisions of Article 100 of the Law, shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for License of Establishment of Air Route describing the following matters:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Name and location of office and other business premises intended to be
