(Aeronautical Information)
Article 209-(2). The contents of aeronautical information shall be the matters prescribed in the following subparagraphs:
(1)Commencement, suspension. resumption and termination of the use of any aerodrome or air navigation facility, significant alterations to these facilities, other matters concerning the operations of these facilities
(2)Matters concerning obstructions to the operations of aircraft at any aerodrome;
(3)Matters concerning flight procedures under Article 189 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1 , weather conditions under the provisions of subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the same paragraph, approach limit altitudes under the provisions of subparagraph 3 of the same paragraph, and weather conditions under the provisions of Article 204;
(4)Matters concerning air traffic control;
(5)Launching of rockets, fireworks etc., mass flights of aircraft, and other matters which may affect the flight safety of aircraft;
(6)Information on weather and other matters necessary for the operation aircraft.

 

2. The fumishing of aeronautical information shall be made either in writing or verbally (including that made by radiotelephone), and the place of furnishing aeronautical information and other matters necessary for the furnishing of aeronautical information will be designated by Notification.

 

(Actions which may affect Flight)
Article 209-(3). Actions which may affect the flight of aircraft and as may be specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 9-(2)paragraph 1 shall be as follows: (1)The launch of rockets, fireworks, rockoons, and other objects into an airspace described under Article 99-(2)paragraph 1 of the law (in the case of said airspace being ~thin a control zone), shall be limited to an airspace located 150 meters or more above the ground surface or water surface, and an airspace over an approach surface, transition surface or horizontal surface, or extended approach surface, conical surface or outer horizontal surface specified by the Minister of Transport under the provisions of Article 56-(2)paragraph 1 of the law;
(2)The release or flight of a balloon (except a toy balloon or one of similar construction)into an airspace described under the preceding subparagraph;
(3)Flying model aircraft in an airspace described under subparagraph 1;
(4)The mass flight of aircraft in an airspace described under subpargraph 1;
(5)To fly a hang-glider or a paraglider in an airspace described undersubpargraph 1.
