Article 140. Notwithstanding the provisions under Article 137 to the preceding Article inclusive, the same shall not apply when the Minister of Transport so approves as to there being no hindrance in that regard.

Article 141. An identification plate, made from fireproof materials, measuring 7 centimetres long by 5 centimetres wide, on which the name or title and the address of the owner of the aircraft, the nationality mark and the registration mark of the aircraft are inscribed, shall be attached at a position easily recognisable near the main exit of the aircraft.

Article 142. The aircraft logbook which the user of an aircraft is required to keep under the provisions of Article 58 paragraph 1 of the Law shall be: for aircraftother than those mentioned in any of the subparagraphs of Article 131 of the Law, a flight logbook, an engine logbook and a propeller logbook or glider logbook; and for aircraft mentioned in any of the subparagraphs of Article 131 of the Law, a flight logbook.
2. Matters to be entered into an aircraft logbook under the provisions of Article 58 paragraph 2 of the Law shall be as follows:
(1) Flight logbook:
a) Nationality, registration mark, registration number and registration date of the aircraft;
b) Category, type and type certificate number of the aircraft;
c) Airworthiness category and airworthiness certificate number;
d) Name of the manufacturer, and the serial number and date of manufacture of the aircraft;
e) Type of engine and type of propeller;
f) The following records concerning navigation:
(i) Date of navigation;
(ii) Names and functions of crew members;
(iii) Purpose of flight or flight number;
(iv) Place and time of departure;
(v) Place and time of arrival;
(vi) Hours of navigation;
(vii) Matters affecting the safety of the navigation of the aircraft;
(viii) Signature of the pilot-in-command;
g) Total flight hours since manufacturing, and total flight hours since the latest overhaul;
h) The following records concerning equipment change of the engine andpropeller:
