(3)Type and location of the air navigation radio aids;
(4)Effective date of the inheritance.
2. A report under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)Documentation attesting to the relationship between the applicant and the testator;
(2)In a case where there is any inheritor other than the applicant, documentation giving the name and address of said other inheritor, containing a written agreement approving the submission of said report.

Article 112. Revoked provisions of Article 96 shall be applied accordingly to a provider of air navigation radio aids, in which case, however, in the same Article an aerodrome" shall be read as "air navigation radio aids", "Article 85" shall be read as "Article 102", and "alteration" shall be read as "alteration (excepting the matters specified in paragraph 2 below)".
2. A provider of air navigation radio aids shall, when he intends to change the hours of operation of the facility, submit a report to the Minister of Transport giving information on the new hours of operation and the proposed date of implementation of said change, and other necessary matters, not more than 10 days prior to said proposed date of implementation.
