establishment or changes in the charges for the use of air navigation radio aids for public use under the provisions of Article 54 of the Law (including the case when applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law), shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Approval for Establishment (Change) of Charges for the Use of Air Navigation Radio Aids giving the following information:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Type and location of air navigation radio aids;
(3)Type, amount, and basis of calculation of the charges which are proposed to be established or changed (indicating clearly the difference between the existing and new charges in the case of a change);
(4)In the case of a change in fares, the reason(s) for said change.
(Application for Permission for Succession to Status of Provider of Air Navigation Radio Aids)
Article 110. A person who intends to make an application for permission for succession to the status of the provider to air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Law, shall submit to the Minister of Transport an Application for Permission for Succession to Status of the Providerof Navigation Radio Aids, giving the following information:
(1)Name and address of successor;
(2)Name and address of the predecessor;
(3)Type and location of air navigation radio aids;
(4)Conditions of succession;
(5)Proposed date of succession;
(6)Reason(s) justifying the succession.
2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents:
(1)Documented proof establishing qualification for succession;
(2)If the successor is a juridical person or a partnership, documented evidence attesting to the resolution of succession;
(3)Documented proof certifying that the successor is competent to manage air navigation radio aids.
(Report of Succession to Status of Provider of Air Navigation Radio Aids through Inheritance)
Article 111. An inheritor who intends to make a report of succession to the status of the provider of air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 55 paragraph 4 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport a Report of Inheritance of the Status of Provider of Air Navigation Radio Aids, giving the following information:
(1)Name and address of the applicant;
(2)Name and address of the testator and relationship with the testator;
