2. The application under the preceding paragraph shall be accompanied by the following documents and plans:
(1)Documents describing the ways and means of acquisition of the following items:
a)The cost of establishment, and of the land, water, and/or objects;
b)Estimated cost of removing the objects under the preceding paragraph, item 13;
(2)Details of the administrative expenses and documents describing the ways and means of the acquisition;
(2-2)A certificate, stating that the applicant is qualified to hold the ownership of the aerodrome site or holds title for utilizing the land thereof, and is able to acquire the land;
(3)Design, specifications and estimated cost of aerodrome work;
(4)Aerodrome survey maps;
(5)A wind rose (to be made based on the accumulated statistical data of the wind velocity and directions for the previous three years in the case of a public use aerodrome, and for one year in the case of an heliport, the data to be obtained at a location on or near the proposed land or aquatic aerodrome site);
(6)In the case of the aerodrome intended for use by the public: details of aircraft types and models and the number of same, expected to use the aerodrome over a one year period, and verifications of this assessment;
(7)Revoked;
(8)In the case of a regional administrative organization documents that certify authorization for the establishment of the aerodrome;
(9)In the case of a corporation other than a regional administrative organization, the following documents:
a)Articles of corporation, contribution, and an official copy of register;
b)A balance sheet of the latest fiscal year;
c)A list of executive directors or staff members and their personal histories;
d)Any documents that certify authorization for the establishment of the aerodrome;
(10)In the case of an association without any juridical registration, the documents listed below:
a)A copy of the articles of association;
b)A list of the names of associated members and their personal histories;
(11)In the case of an individual, the following documents:
a)A list of the property of the individual;
b)An abstract of the family register of the individual;
c)A personal history;
(12)In the case of any person who runs another business, any documents describing the category and summary of the business enterprise.
