CHAPTER III - SAFETY OF AIRCRAFT

Article 12. The gliders which are subject to the provisions of Article 10 paragraph 1 of the Law shall be primary gliders.

(Airworthiness Certification).

Article 12-(2). Any person who will submit an application for airworthiness certification under the provision of Article 10 paragraph 1 or Article 1O-(2) paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit an application for airworthiness certification (Form No. 7) to the Minister of Transport or the Designated Airworthiness Inspector.

2. The documents which shall accompany the application under the preceding paragraph and the time of submission shall be as prescribed in the following table.
