the number of which is stipulated in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, in accordance with the provisions of the Law relating to the Travelling Expenses for Government Officials (Law No. 114 of 1950) when they travel to a place for the said inspection, authorization or practical examination. In this case, the amount of travelling expenses is to be calculated regarding those officials to be on the sixth grade of the duty under the Administrative Officials' Salary Schedule (1) a) of the Law relating to the Salary and Allowance of Government Offices in General Service (Law No. 95 of 1950), and the amount of miscellaneous travelling expenses and other details which are necessary to calculate the total amount of travelling expenses are to be stipulated in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
Article 7-(2). The matters under the authority of the Minister of Transport in accordance with the provision of Civil Aeronautics Law which are delegated to the Director General of the Defence Agency in accordance with the provisions of Article 137 paragraph 3 of the Law shall be those described in the lower column of the Attached Table No. 2 with respect to aerodromes in the upper column of the same Table.
2. The Minister of Transport may, when the execution of the duties on the matters delegated to the Director-General of the Defence Agency in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph has been hindered by the failure of equipment or other unavoidable reasons, carry Out the duties with his own responsibility when he deems it necessary. However, it shall apply only when requested by the Director-General of the Defence Agency.
Article 8. The date as stipulated in a Cabinet Order under paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Civil Aeronautics Law is March 31st 1953.
