Article 4-(3). The purchase price of any object or any land under the provision of Article 49 paragraph 4 of Civil Aeronautics Law (including the case where applied accordingly under Article 55-{2) paragraph 2, Article 56 and Article 56-(4) paragraph 3 of the same Law) is to be the corresponding price calculated by taking into account the market price of the same type of object in the vicinity or that type of land in the vicinity.
Article 4-(4). The provision of Article 4-(2) is applied accordingly to compenzation under the provision of Article 50 paragraph 1 of Civil Aeronautics Law (including when applied accordingly under Article 55-{2) paragraph 2 and Article 56 of the same Law), and the provision of the preceding Article is applied accordingly to the purchase price of land under the provision of Article 50 paragraph 2 of the same Law (including the case where applied accordingly under Article 55-(2) paragraph 2 and Article 56 of the same Law).
Article 5. The second class airports specified in a Cabinet Order under the provisions of Article 56-(2) paragraph 1 of Civil Aeronautics Law are Kushiro Airport, Hakodate Airport, Sendai Airport, Niigata Airport, Nagoya Airport, Matsuyama Airport, Fukuoka Airport, New Kitakyushu Airport, Nagasaki Airport, Kumamoto Airport, Oita Airport, Miyazaki Airport, Kagoshima Airport and Naha Airport.
Article 6. Any aircraft described in Article 131 subparagraph (2) of Civil Aeronautics Law is to be an aircraft which has obtained permission under the proviso of Article 127 of the same Law and operates between points in Japan in connection with the operation as described in Article 126 paragraph 1 subparagraph (1) of the same Law. However, with regard to application of Article 56, paragraph 1 subparagraph (1) of the same Law, any aircraft is to be an aircraft which has obtained permission under the proviso of Article 127 of the same Law.
Article 7. The amount of fees which shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of Article 135 of Civil Aeronautics Law is as listed in the Attached able No. 1.
2. The amount of fees which shall be paid by any person described in subparagraphs (2), (4), (5), (8) or (9) of the Attached Table No. 1 who will undergo an inspection conducted outside of Japan, any person described in subparagraphs (6) or (7) of the same Table who will obtain an authorization for a facility located outside of Japan, or any person described in subparagraph, 10 or 11 of the same Table who will undergo a practical examination outside of Japan, shall, in spite of the provision of the preceding paragraph, be such amount which consists of the amount equivalent to travelling expenses to be paid to the officials,
