(4)When he has used an aircraft for air navigation without carrying the documents required therein, in violation of the provisions of Article 59;
(5)When he has flown an aircraft not equipped with the devices required for measuring attitude, altitude, position or course of aircraft, in violation of the provisions of Article 60;
(6)When he has operated an aircraft not equipped with devices required for securing the safety of air traffic, in violation of the provisions of Article 61;
(6-2)When he has operated an aircraft not equipped with radio telecommunication equipment, devices for utilising instrument landing system, or radar required for detecting cloud conditions, in violation of the provisions of Article 61-2, paragraph 1;
(6-3)When he has used an aircraft for air navigation not equipped with devices required for recording its operating conditions, or without activating them, in violation of the provisions of Article 6 1-2, paragraph 2;
(6-4)When he has failed to preserve the records of information derived from the devices for recording operating conditions, in violation of the provisions of Article 6 1-3, paragraph 3;
(7)When he has used an aircraft for air navigation not equipped with safety equipment in violation of the provisions of Article 62;
(8)When he has started an aircraft which does not contain the specified amount of fuel in its tanks, in violation of the provisions of Article 63;
(9)When he has failed to mark an aircraft with lights in violation of the provisions of Article 64;
(10)When he has failed to man an aircraft with the specified airmen in violation of the provisions of Article 65-2, paragraph 1 or 2, or Article 66, paragraph 1;
(11)When he has employed an airman for air services in violation of the provisions of Article 68;
(12)When he has failed to furnish a report required under the proviso of paragraph 1 of Article 76, or fabricates a false report;
(13)When he has carried goods specified under paragraph 1 of Article 86 in an aircraft, in violation of the provisions of the same;
(14)When he has flown an aircraft in violation of the flying restrictions established under Article 87, paragraph 2;
(15)When his aircraft has towed an object in violation of the provisions of Article 88;
(16)When he has used an aircraft for air navigation between points within the territory of Japan in violation of the provisions of Article 127;
(17)When he has carried munitions of war under Article 128 in contravention of the provisions of the same Article.
