(16)Any person who requires an aerodrome inspection under Article 42 paragraph 1 which applies accordingly to aerodromes in accordance with the provisions of Article 43 paragraph 2;
(17)Any person who requires an inspection of air navigation facilities under Article 42 paragraph 1 which is applied accordingly to air navigation facilities in accordance with the provisions of Article 43 paragraph 2;
(18)Any person who requires an aerodrome inspection under Article 44 paragraph 4 (including the case which applies accordingly to aerodromes in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 paragraph 2);
(19)Any person who requires an inspection under Article 44 paragraph 4 which is applied accordingly to air navigation facilities in accordance with the provisions of Article 45 paragraph 2;
(20)Any person who requires an aerodrome inspection under Article 47
paragraph 2;
(21)Any person who requires inspection of air navigation facilities under Article 47 paragraph 2;
(22)Any person who requires a competence examination for aircraft dispatcher under Article 78 paragraph 2.
(Consultation with the Transport Council)
Article 36. The Minister of Transport shall, when he will carry Out the following actions, consult the Transport Council under Article 5 of the Ministry of Transport Establishment Law, and must do so under careful consideration for the decisions thereof.
(1)When licensing a scheduled air transport service in accordance with the provisions of Article 100 paragraph 1;
(2)When granting approval of fares, rates and charges for a scheduled air transport service in accordance with the provisions of Article 105 paragraph 1:
(3)When directing alteration of fares, rates or charges for a scheduled air transport service in accordance with the provisions of Article 112;
(4)When permitting transfer of scheduled air transport businesses in accordance with the provisions of Article 114 paragraph 1;
(5)When permitting merger of juridical persons who are scheduled carriers in accordance with the provisions of Article 115 paragraph 1;
(6)When cancelling the permission or suspending a scheduled transport carrier in accordance with the provisions of Article 119.
(Delegation of Authority)
Article 137. Items which are under the authority of the Minister of Transport under the provisions of this Law may be delegated to the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau or the Director of the Air Traffic Control Centre in accordance with the provisions in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
