Japan by a flight referred to in Article 126 paragraph 1 item (1) (including a flight between points in Japan which is made in connection thereof) or departing from Japan by a flight referred to in item (2) of the same paragraph (including a flight between points in Japan which is made in connection thereof).
(Recognition of Certificates, etc.)
Article 131. With regard to airworthiness, noise level, engine emissions and aircrew qualification for the aircraft listed below, any certification, licensing or other action and any qualification certificate or other document thereof made by any foreign state to which the nationality of the said aircraft belongs, are to be regarded as aircraft registration certificate under Article 6, airworthiness certification under Article 10 paragraph 1, issue of an airworthiness certificate under paragraph 7 of the same Article, competence certification under Article 22, and issue of a competence certificate under Article 23, airman medical certification under Article 31 paragraph 1, and issue of an airman medical certificate under paragraph 2 of the same Article, instrument flight certification under Article 34 paragraph 1, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport, in application of the provisions of Article 11 paragraph 1 or 2, Article 28 paragraph 1 or 2, Article 34 paragraph 1, Article 59, Article 65 to 67 inclusive, Article 92 paragraph 1, Article 134 paragraph 1, and Article 143 or Article 150.
(1)Any aircraft referred to in Article 126 paragraph 1 or 2 which engages in any flight referred to in paragraph 1 of the same Article;
(2)Any aircraft specified by Cabinet Order, permitted under the proviso of Article 127;
(3)Any aircraft which is used for an air transport service by any foreign international air carrier;
(4)Any aircraft which is used for transportation by any person who obtained permission under the preceding Article.
(Conditions of Permission, etc.)
Article 131-(2). Any permission or approval provided under Article 126 to 130 inclusive are subject to further conditions or a revised validity period after such permissions or approvals have been granted.
