(3)The capability to perform maintenance and modification of aircraft.

(4)The capability 10 manufacture and inspect completed aircraft components.

2. The requirement with regard to the approval under the preceding provisions shall be established by Ordinances of The Ministry of Transport.

Article 21. The provisions concerning the format for issuance, reissuance, return and presentation of an airworthiness certificate or a type certificate, the provisions concerning the designated airworthiness inspector and the detailed provisions concerning airworthiness certification, type certification inspection under Article 16 paragraph 1, as well as spare part certification shall be established by Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
