5-(3)An aircraft which has obtained airworthiness certification.
6. In spite of paragraph 4, The Minister of Transport may omit a part of the inspection of current conditions on aircraft prescribed below.
(1)An aircraft which is subject to the provisions of subparagraph 1 of the preceding Article and inspected by a person qualified by the provisions of Article 20 paragraph 1, subparagraph 1, as having the competence with respect to the manufacturing and the completed products and comply with paragraph 4 specified by Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
(2)An imported aircraft which is subject to 1 of the preceding paragraphs and is specified by a Cabinet Order.
(3)An aircraft which is subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph 3 and inspected by a person qualified by the provisions of Article 20 paragraph 1 subparagraph 3, as having the competence with respect to the maintenance and completion of maintenance and comply with paragraph 4 specified by Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
7. Airworthiness certification is established when an airworthiness certificate is issued to the applicant.
Article 10-(2).Any person who is determined by the Minister of Transport as having the competency and experience as prescribed in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport (hereinafter referred to as “designated airworthiness inspector”), may conduct airworthiness certification for gliders which are subject to the provision of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, and which are specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport.
2. The provisions of paragraphs 2 through 7 inclusive of the preceding Article shall apply accordingly to airworthiness certification under the preceding paragraph.
Article 11. No aircraft may be used for air navigation unless it has a valid airworthiness certificate. However the same shall not apply to the performance of test flights etc. when permitted by the Minister of Transport.
2. No aircraft shall be used for air navigation beyond the scope of its purpose or operating limitations as designated in the airworthiness certificate.
3. The proviso of paragraph 1 shall apply accordingly to the preceding paragraph.
