Article 6. In the case of a new registration, the Minister of Transport shall issue a registration certificate to the applicant.
(Alteration of Registration)
Article 7. If there have been any changes in the items mentioned in Article 5,item (4) or (5) with regard to any newly registered aircraft (hereinafter referred to as "registered aircraft."), the owner shall submit an application for an amendment of the registration within a period not exceeding 15 days thereafter.
However, this shall not apply to either an application for a transfer of the registration in accordance with the provisions of the following Article, or to cancellation in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.
(Transfer of Registration)
Article 7-(2). If there has been a change in the ownership of any registered aircraft, the new owner shall apply for the transfer of registration within a period not exceeding 15 days.
(Cancellation of Registration)
Article 8. The owner of a registered aircraft shall apply for cancellation of the registration in the following cases within a period not exceeding 15 days thereafter:
(1)If the registered aircraft has been lost or dismantled (except dismantling for the purpose of repair, alteration, transportation or custody);
(2)If the registered aircraft has been missing for more than 2 months;
(3)If the registered aircraft has become ineligible for registration under the provisions of Article 4 (requirement for registration).
2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, when the owner of a registered aircraft does not apply for cancellation of the registration, the Minister of Transport shall serve notice to the owner to do so within a period designated by the Minister of Transport with such a period not exceeding 7 days.
3. If the owner of a registered aircraft does not apply for cancellation of registration when a notice under the preceding paragraph has been served, the Minister of Transport shall automatically cancel the registration and inform the owner thereof.

Article 8-(2). Any person may submit a request for a copy or abstract of the Aircraft Register or for inspection of any part in which he has an interest, to the Minister of Transport.
