NST-H sewage treatment plants are compact, high-performance products mainly for 20 to 40 persons, developed by Nissin Refrigeration & Engineering Ltd. based on the high-performance sewage treatment plants developed by EFLO of the U.K. The product has been approved by the U.S.C.G. and satisfies the performance standards of the IMO. These revolutionary treatment plants are capable of completely purifying and sterilizing any waste water or sewage from any on-board or on-shore source into harmless and odorless clean discharge water. Hundreds of units of this series have been delivered to both Japanese and foreign clients.

Sasakura has already delivered more than 5,000 units of Super Trident, which is a sewage treatment plant that incorporates a locally developed activated sludge process that features long-term aeration.

 

Features

1. High reliability endorsed by official certificates and extensive use: The product has acquired the U.S. C.G. Type II certificate, the U.K. DOT certificate based on IMO standards, and Canadian Authority based on Great Lakes Sewage Pollution Prevention Regulations.
2. Complete treatment by long-term aeration: The aeration system, which ensures 24 hours (twice as long as usual) of contact between sewage and activated sludge, results in high resistance to load fluctuations, and the quantity of discharged sludge is extremely small.
3. Maintenance ease realized by user-oriented technology: Fillers are not used within the unit, so the plant is tree from blockage and easy to clean.
4.Fully automatic control system ensuring operating ease: The plant is controlled automatically, and therefore does not require any manual monitoring or operation.
