Tanabe was established by Shozo Tanabe in 1921 as a manufacturer of compressors, and since then we have been developing new products to meet the needs of society. In 1975 we succeeded in developing an air cooled starting compressor for marine use, and we have been supplying compressors not only for marine use but also for industrial fields, iron and steel mills, chemical plants, power stations, etc. In the meantime, in order to improve quality, we advanced the standardization of products, and all phases of manufacturing process, by installing numerical machine tools, machining centers, etc. In addition we have established an after-service network all over the world.
And we have continued progressing in business. We are determined to continue our efforts hereafter in our production activities in order to better serve the progress of industries.
